This policy applies to zartashaworld.com and any Green Heaven Stays website operated as a Zartasha property, together referred to as "we", "us", or "the Site". It covers information collected through the enquiry and booking forms on these sites.

When you submit an enquiry or booking request, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Any message or details you choose to include
• Which property or interest you selected (e.g. site visit, leasing enquiry, Green Heaven booking)

We also automatically process your IP address at the point of submission, solely to prevent spam and abuse of the enquiry form (rate limiting). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your language preference (English/Telugu) is stored only in your own browser, never sent to us.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or booking request
• Contact you about a site visit, lease, or stay you've asked about
• Generate an invoice, if you go on to become a client
• Maintain basic security and prevent automated abuse of our forms

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

Enquiry and booking data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database, and the website itself runs on Vercel's hosting infrastructure. Both are established, security-audited providers; neither has independent access to use your data for their own purposes.

We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal record-keeping purposes (for example, invoices are kept as required by Indian tax law). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Under the DPDPA and general good practice, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data, where we're not legally required to keep it
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you
